Mr. Jeff Blibo is President and CEO of USC. Mr. Blibo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Boston College. He has over two decades of management experience. In particular, Mr. Blibo managed a $200 million large scale power infrastructure project at New England Electric, now National Grid. Mr. Blibo was also a financial manager within the Wealth Management Group of Merrill Lynch Pierce and Fenner. Prior to founding USC, Mr. Blibo also founded Union Strong Group, an energy infrastructure company and Tricorn Construction, LLC, a building infrastructure company. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Blibo leads the business development of USC.
Mr. James N. Davies is Executive Vice President of USC. Mr. Davies is the most senior adviser to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf on Trade, Commerce and Legislative Affairs. Mr. Davies has been the lead strategist channeling through the National Legislature all the major concession agreements that have resulted in more than US$10 billion dollars of foreign direct investments. Mr. Davies is the Chief Strategist in championing all of the President's legislative agenda through the National Legislature. Mr. Davies as Executive Vice President provides counsel and guidance to multi-national companies in understanding the political, legal and legislative landscapes.
Mrs. Arlene Neal is Executive Vice President of USC. Mrs. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and Juris Doctorate in law. As a computer scientist, she designed and served as a project manager of large scale computer infrastructure projects for several fortune 500 corporations. In her current position as founder and managing partner of Neal-Blibo LLP, an Intellectual Property Law Firm in Washington, DC, she advises clients from large corporations to small inventors on Intellectual Property issues. Mrs. Neal also provides legal counsel to African Governments and Multi-national companies on trade agreements, contracts, trademarks and intellectual property law. Mrs. Neal provides legal and technical guidance to USC as Executive Vice President and Legal Counsel.
